material object not downloading from ECC

Hello,

I am trying to downlaod object Material via initial load transaction R3AS (I have downloaded all the necessary dnl_cust).

After I'm executing initial downlaod I then  check transaction R3AM1-( monitor) I can see the that the object is in status 'done' and has green light but the block column is set to 0. the running time is seconds so clearly nothing happens.

What might be the problem?

Hi Koppel,

First of all, I think you need to check the filters.

And please check if there is any BDoc error in SMW01.

Also please note that the products created in CRM side,

will not be downloaded from ERP to CRM again by initial download.

Thank you for your reply.

I did check transaction SMW01 as you adviced and I got the following error message:

"module com_product_mat_validate, Bdoc type product_mat"

any suggestaion?

Hi Koppel,

I think there should be some other errors too(following screenshot is an example).

Would you please check what error is it exactly ?

Hi,

-  Check the filters for object MATERIAL in Tcode: R3AC1.

-  Switch off the user exit on R/3 side and test once.

- Check in CRM Tcode: SMW01 for any errors.

Hi Efrat,

Filters are basically defined to restrict the number of materials (or object in general) to be downloaded.

I suggest you to first check whether any filters have been defined in transaction R3AC1 for object MATERIAL in CRM.

You did mention that there is some BDoc validation error in SMW01. Please click on icon

'Errors/Recievers' to get a clue of possible error.
