Hi All,
I am going through the WPB Manager install process. It requires MS SQL (or Oracle) db......but
you don't get MS SQL install media in the WPB download area like you do with ECC, etc...
Are we expected to buy that separately?
Thanks,
Diana
All,
SAP confirmed, purchase of MS SQL is separate.
Thanks

Hello all,
As you may know, this forum is exclusively reserved for issues with IBM DB2 on LUW.
Proper use of the forum is highly appreciated.
Kind regards

Hello Diana,
Actually no database installation media is delivered along with WPB Manager because it can be installed even in the express edition of the most widely used databases architectures (such as MS SQL Server).
So there's no need for you to buy a separate license or something like that. You can use the database installation that you have already in place with Manager.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Felipe

Hi Diana,
The package does not connect to a database.
Check the installation guide
