does anyone have an idea how to fix this:

No Map is displayed. Browser is IE10.

Hi Steffen,

it seems that your map provider has the wrong configuration. You use customized map settings - the copyright is not the default.

Please refer to this page with the settings:

There is a test button, where a tile is downloaded from the map server and you'll see as a result the returned image.

Hi Steffen,

In the trouble shooting section at the end of this article we explain how to enable network trace. The resulting trace file will show the requested map tile URLs and the resonses. This should uncover why you do not get a map displayed.
