Dear Colleagues,

We have a requirement to record the working hours of Vendors(Contractors) in HCM - SAP, then system generates the service po in MM.

I understand that the hiring action to be executed for the said vendor and maintaining its details in IT0001, 0002.Then using CATs and recording the working hours in IT2002 and then maintaining the details in IT0315.

This is purely new activity for me and i need your guidance as in what needs to be implemented, any licenses required and the steps to be followed.

Hi, You have to configure personnel action for Hiring vendor under Personnel Management node in SPRO.

Hi Suhas,

I am aware about the hiring action. Require detail understanding on the system flow pertaining to recording of  working hours, use of CATs & transfer of the Vendor Data from HCM to MM for Service PO release.
