Hi All,
There is an issue where SC is showing you following message and clicking OK closes the SC.
Affected versions are at least SAP Contact Center SP6 & SP6P1 & SP7.
SOLUTION:
Add your SC URL to Java Exception Site List
JAVA 7 & 8:
https://www.java.com/en/download/faq/exception_sitelist.xml
JAVA 6:
No idea how to do it... If somebody knows please share it with us.
UPDATE: Alex told me that in Jave 6 you can skip the warning and continue using SC.
Regards,
Jukka

Would also like to add, based on discussions with other customers, that in the event customer would like to make mass modification, they could check:
http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/guides/jweb/security/exception_site_list.html
“Users can manage a list on their system, or use a list managed by a system administrator in a central location. If a system administrator does not want users to edit the exception site list, the
deployment.user.security.exception.sites
property can be set to a file for which users do not have write permission. If a user cannot write to the exception site list, the list is shown in the Java Control Panel, but the controls for editing are not available in the Exception Site List window."
Thank you Jukka!!
