I have referred the following link for information regarding sales and service for gateway to SAP Netweaver Mobile:

I would like to know,

1. What is gateway to SAP Netweaver Mobile?
2. After CRM 7.0 EHP3 upgrade; will I get standard applications for mobile sales and service functionality or I need to implement the functionality?

Hi Taiyeb,

SAP Netweaver Gateway is the technology for communicating from mobile to SAP Systems.

Yes, after SAP CRM 7 EHP 3 upgrade, you need to activate the business function CRM_SLS_SRV_MOBILE_1 to get this functionality.

It has all standard sales and service related provided in it which are ready to use, just you need to maintain the customizing.
