Changes reflected in the billing document after the accounting document was generated.

Hi folks,

I am new to SD and recently i face a issue where the user complains that the invoice document has the item credit price modified even though the accounting document was released. Inputs are appreciated.

Check whether any of the user exit is causing the issue.

Hello Sanjogita,

Standard SAP system doesn't carry out repricing or allow repricing once the accounting documents have been generated for that specific invoice.

Please let us know if the user was able to make changes to the price even after the accounting documents were generated?

Please provide some screen shots of invoice item condition tab, accounting document and of invoice change log which you can access by: Environment - Changes (when your in the billing document).

Hai,

In standard billing document, no details will get changed from front end.

To check that open your billing document in VF02 mode and ensure any fields is in  edit mode.

In case if the price between order and Invoice are different and you found no credit check happen -- then the reason may be it was a partially executed sales order and during the current invoice system might have fetch new price from records.
