Hello,
I know this topic was discussed many times, but I still don't find solution for my problem.
I'm getting error "No batches have been found for processing" via QA07.
I want to move stock from unrestricted to Q-stock after SLED is expired.
These are my settings:
MM Data:
Batch master:
1.Can you please help me to find the problem?
2. Do I need to setup a job for QA07 or SAP will move automatically?
Thanks!
problem solved. Thanks everybody.

Did you try activating the 'To insp. stock at lot creation' since you want your quantities to move to QI?
Why don't you need to Inspection interval? I don't understand how system will understand the triggering moment if this info is not available.
Also, pl re check the 09 inspection type setting in the material master as screenshot you provided reflects those of 01.
And to best of my knowledge based on your inputs, I would simply go for MB1B with 322 movement to move my quantities from unrestricted to QI when QM is not in use

As a additional remark: we dont use QM modul, we just using QM view on MM, and we have activated batch management (see pictures above).
Currently we are using QM lot creatiion on PO inbound process.
Is it correct we DONT need to use QM modul for QA07?

Hello,
I believe it will help you, there are many information.
"The following conditions are required to have the inspection lot created automatically when the transaction QA07 is executed.
1) Inspection type '09' should be activated.
2) Inspection plan with usage '9' should be created.
3) Total shelf life(TSL) field and inspection interval field should be maintained.
When the batch is received initially then SLED and Next inspection date(NID) are updated automatically (SLED = Manufacturing date + TSL) and (NID = Manufacturing date + Inspec. Interval). Now one catch here is that SLED always have an edge on Inspection date so Inspection date should always be kept few days lesser then TSL, otherwise as the SLED is reached first stock will be moved to block status without considering settings shown in below screen shot. Can also give the number of days prior to inspection date when the inspection lot be printed by specifying days in initial run in days."
Kind regards,
Natália

Hello Natalia,
yes, I know these two threads.
As you can see I've done all required settings.
1) Inspection type '09' should be activated.
2) Inspection plan with usage '9' should be created.
As I understood I dont need inspection interval and inspection plan on the MM if I want simply restrict the batch status and mobve to restrict stock.
Question remains: what shall I check to be able to move expired batches to restricted stock?
Thanks,
Evgenij
