Hello Sine,

You use this IBIP tool to accomplish your requirement also without ABAP development , you can download it from here  ,

Please see exemple 4 in this spreadsheet ,which creates 2 tasklists with 2 operations with several lines of long text per operation.

Just fill in the task list header (structure IBIPTLST)  operations (structure IBIPTLOP) and long text for each operation (structure IBIPTEXT)

Long text should be fill in  column CS ( make sure to split the text before to 72 chars lines ) press on

to generate the text file . ,I have test it and it works fine  ,

For this, you (your ABAPer) need to develop a BDC program through SHDB recording. With the help of this you will be able to upload longtexts of different operations for several Orders at a time, through excel template.
