Hi,

Please refer to the documentation.

08/133 Irregular NIable pay

  Object

    Wage type

  Use

This is the cumulative wage type for irregular NIable pay.

Wage types which are to be included in the irregular NIable pay are

cumulated in the secondary wage type /133. This wage type helps to

determine the amount to be paid to the employee.

In order for a wage type to be included in the irregular NIable pay,

there must be an 'X' in the Cumulation table in transaction pu95,

logical view 08_XX003 for the specific wage type.

Hi,

These cumulation base wage types are used to calculated NI contribution for employee and employer both, for e.g. we have the following salary component as part of salary.

1 - basic salary.

2 - fix allowance.

3 - special allowance,

first two of above salary components are niable contribution, so the amt of these two components would added to niable wage type /133 and later in payroll processing NI calculation will be done base on this wage type. say wage type amt - 1000/-assigned to /133, and NI contribution is 10%, then system would calcualte NI contribution as 1000 * 10 /100 = 100/- .
