hi everyone,
we have created dashboard using unx universe based RDBMS Oracle connection, it was working fine, but suddenly now shows following error
"Request processing failed. (XLS 000009) Specified RDBMS is invalid."
(please see error screenshot in attachment)
we used "Add Query" to connect unx universe and now we can't edit the existing queries also and can't add new query,
after select the universe we are getting this error.
Universe working good, we are able to create webi report.
We are using Dashboard Design Tool 4.1 SP2.1
to resolve this issue, any advice please?
Regards,
Ganesh

Check your DSN connection.

First check if the midlerware you are using is supported.
Then check if the issue is the same if you try to connect to other databases as well.
If so then probably you can give a try to repair BO server.

Hi Ganesh,
Check with other databases as well if you are able to create a dashboard query.
This will help in knowing if the issue is with the middleware.
If it fails with all the databases then check if the classpath on the BO server in environment variables contains any forward slash in the end.
There is a difference in the workflow of webi as here web service too comes in picture.

Hi Ganesh,
Please check the Connection and Connection user whether locked or not.
Kindly check the adapt "ADAPT01673874" in attached release note and
grant permission to update latest Support Patch.
