Appraisal Template on save validation.

Hi Experts,

I have implemented BADI 'HRHAP00_DOC_SAVE' and assigned it to templates in further processing.

I have a requirement as minimum 4 Trainings are mandatory while approving objectives.

for first time its working perfectly. it gives error for missing training it giving error message. if i filled only 2 training and try to save again. it will be executed without giving any error and wont save the data too. After putting breakpoint it doesnt stopped while execution.

If I logged out from portal and logged in again it will give error for first time only.

My check for training should be triggered everytime I click save button.

Please guide me on this.

Hi,

I think Badi is will be called only for SAVE operation not for submit or action.

Better please provide validation on business check badi (HRHAP00_BC_MAN_NOTE). It will be called every time.

I implemented Business check BADI HRHAP00_BC_DOC and my issue got resolved.
