Hello Experts,
I'm trying to create a worflow for Complain on SAP CRM. The rule is kinda simple, when a Complaint (BUS2000120) is CREATED, an TASK (BUS2000125) should also be CREATED and an Organizational Unit must be alerted.
My problem it's after the creation of the complaint. The copy control is already configured in SPRO for both BOs and when I create the task through CRMD_ORDER it works fine, but in the workflow I'm not able to create. Can somebody help me out?!
