Region field not appearing in BP Creation

Hi All,

Please note that even though the region field has been marked as an optional field in field groupings for all 3 options when i am creating the bp-prospect in GUI the field region is not displayed in the screen.

Can someone please help.

The field mapping does exist.Now I am getting a different error.The region is appearing not next next to the country but above.

Can someone please let me know why this is happening.

Hi Saurav,

Good news is that you are getting the region field displayed on your screen. the region field is on correct position. The problem is with the CITY/State/ZIP Code text field length. You need to decrease it from the setting than your issue will be solved.
