cProjects - Work times for the Ressources

Hello,

I would like to determine the working hours of every team member.

Let me explain this with an example:

A task has a duration of 10 days. Excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

The daily work has 8 hours. Now I would like, that a team member only spends 6 hours for the task. Accordingly, to finish the task takes longer. I know that you can not adjust automatically in cProjects.

But is there not any way to do that?

I hope you know what I mean and can help me.

You can assign tasks to individual by using HR master and calculate indivisuals performance
