A custom CR type and WF is created in MDG supplier and it is identified that a field GFORM( Legal status indicator in KNA1 ) in customer master is set in to blank once CR completes processing. If the previous value of GFORM was 01, after WF complete processing the value is becoming blank. This field is only in ERP and is not part of BP data model and that could be the reason API which was called during activation is passing space and value of GFORM is becoming space after activation. Anyone did this enhancement before ? I would like to know how this enhancement can be done and how the API to be enhanced can be identified.
