No EAM log approval request in approver's Inbox

Hi Experts,

With the help of audit log functionality,i see that one request is pending for approval with one of the controller.

But, the same request is not visible in his inbox for approval. Approver is getting e-mail reminders,but no request to approve.

We are in 10.1,SP6.

Is it fine to follow directions as per note :

  1934127 - GRC10 EAM: EAM recovery program to retrieve missing log and to generate the missing workf...

Please guide.

I checked the note suggested by you,but controller user has entry in table SWWUSERWI.

So,i'm full stop now.

Hi Mukul,

Could you check if  GRACFFLOG contains the entry for the FF session. It is form this table, that FF log review workflow creates workflow. If not, you can run or wait for the GRAC_SPM_LOG_SUNC_UPDATE program to run. However, sometimes this program would not have run in that particular time of FF session, because of many reasons.(SAP told us to reset counter to 0 through note, for my case).

Hi Plaban,

There are 300 sessions maintained against the FF user and controller.

Also, GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE is running hourly without any error.

Could you please share the note number that SAP recommended to you,i'll see if it's okay for our SP level..
