no pop up for divisions and distribution channels in web ui for selection

hi experts,

i have created a complaint transaction , i need to get a pop up for divisions and distribution channels during org determination but the common division and distribution channel are assigned automatically which makes me again go to the fields and manually edit it . So plz help me out in solving this just to make the end users get a pop up for selecting the desired division and distribution channel.

if i create the same in gui , its working fine.

*org is an enhanced version.
