Form 16 issue related to chapter v1

Dear Experts,

I am facing a problem in form 16, it is showing cumulative values of chapter v1

Client expecting 0585 details separately, 0586 info type details separately

Is sap shows the form 16 details for this two info types separately or  it will show only a cumulative value

I am generating form 16 through standard t-code pc00_m40_f16

Kindly guide me on this, it is a very urgent issue,

Dear Mallikarjuna,

We can't change the FORM 16 values as per client requirement as this FORM 16 is statutory. Whatever SAP system has generated the FORM 16 that is as per legal(Govt of India).

After executing pc00_m40_f16 i am getting only one line,

Kindly find the attachment where i maintained both input and out put screens

Kindly advise me how to get the above screen you got

1) pc00_m40_f16

2) then giving personnel number

3) company code

4)taxation year

5) Report Date

6) selected execute standard form

7) then clicking on execute button

output screen:

only one line

that contains

emp no from date end date pan no employer pan tan number gross sec10 balance head salaries other income grosstotal  totalincome taxontotal  chapter v1  surcharge education taxpayble before taxpayble section89 tdspetd so and so

As per my understanding, your output device is not working in PC00_M40_F16, please check with your Basis team, they can help you in this regard.

Hi,

To get the form you need to select that one record that is showing in the output, then click on "Print Form" , select Output device as Local Printer (or which ever as is in your case) and then click on "Print Preview" for the Form 16 to be displayed as the Form.
