Sales Order Condition

I have an Sales Order, in Conditions I have a One COndition Type where I have Condition Value in Local Currency and Condition Value in USD. I can not find where the exchange rate was taken from as I did not find this rate in OB08, could you please help on that?

Hello Shiva,

Check Incoming IDoc, some companies will fetch exchange rates from external system through IDoc.

Basic type : EXCHANGE_RATE01 (standard),

Message Type : EXCHANGE_RATE (Standard)

Hi Shiva,

To maintain exchange rate following the steps:

SPRO--> IMG --> SAP Netweaver --> General Settings --> Currencies --> Enter Exchange Rates

Exchange rate can be entered direct or indirect quotations:

Example for direct quotation 1 USD = 60 * 1 INR

Example for indirect quotation 1/60 USD = 1 INR

In the SAP GUI screen for Exchange rate, enter the following details after selecting the new entries button:

1. Enter Exchange Rate (ExRt)

2. Valid From

3. Enter Indirect Quotation or Direct Quotation

4. From Currency
