I have a requirement, wherein client provides service year date in IT0041(date type XX), Service year date will be only before 01.01.2001.
We need to have a partial period parameter to be pulled into a time type for this scenario.
Lets say service year date in IT0041 is 02.07.1990.
Current year 2015 - 02.07.2015 lets say time type ZYZY value should be 1, following day 3rd July it should be 2 and so on...
for next year 2016 - 02.07.2016 the value in the time type should be reset to 1 and follow the same logic again. This value will be used to calculate daily quota generation.
In Time PCR as per the current logic we have evaluated the total no. of years from service date into one time type (Calculating corresponding leap year days and non leap year days). And total no. of days will be pulled into another time type(This is a dynamic one which will be changed every day)
Subtracting 1st time type from 2nd will give you the part per parameters, but we have a minor technical glitch. An extra day is calculated incorrectly in an year for every four years. To avoid this, is there any different logic can be written in a PCR to crack this? ( simple ABAP code can be written, instead client wants it specifically in PCR from functional perspective)
Thanks in advance for your help.
Dear Trinath, can I suggest that you piost your question also in another group, e.g. one focused on service?
Kind regards, Clemens
