WM: movement 321, posting change and destination bin

Hi,

I have a batch in the storage type XXX, storage bin XXX in Quality. When I make a 321 movement in MM for posting the batch to unrestricted, a posting change is created. When I try to create a TO for this posting change is proposed as destination another storage type and bin. How can I find from where is coming this new storage type? I want the batch to come back to the same storage type and bin where was initially: XXX. I don't want to manually change the destination.

Looks like your system does not understand this as a posting change which is usually happening without physical movement.

Check the movement type definition in your WM customizing, I guess you have no tick in the box for "post to the same bin"  in the details of movement 321

You'll find the "Post to the same bin" checkbox in WM movement type configuration.

If the checkbox is off, the destination bin during stock transfer posting in WM will be found according to placement strategy.
