Org structure determination in Fund Plan

Dear Gurus !!!!

While creating Fund Plan i am getting error of Sales Org Determination. I still could not understand

why this error is arising here ? Further if i will define Org.Determination Rule in customization then on which Transaction Type i should assign ?

Kindly guide me how i can resolve this problem.

Funds Plans - Marketing Resource Management - SAP Library

The organization data is determined from the employee responsible. If the employee is not assigned to a sales org, the same needs to be entered manually. The funds plan needs to be created for a certain sales org. This is mandatory data similar to the planning period and the currency.
