KPI in EM

Hi,

The business requires some KPI to be monitored in EM like average delay in deliveries for POD .However business do not want to include FIORI apps here since this is out of scope of current business.Can we use the std EM tables ( like EH_HDR, EH_STAT and EH_EXPEV) to fetch the corresponding data extraction and measure the KPI?

Hi Dipak,

There are different ways you can do.

1. Configure SAP EM WebUI with relevant fields and customize your own logic to get the data in Frontend on separate columns.

2. Yes, you can. You can make simple KPI reporting on SAP EM GUI for operational reporting EH_HDR, EVM_HDR, EH_STAT, EH_EXPEV etc (Data fetching e-g - /SAPTRX/EH_DETAILS & /SAPTRX/LEH_DETAIL_DISPLAYTOP) and ensure to enable excel format and send it to DL list if client requests.

3. Use SAP BI to have KPI reporting depends on client requirement and publish it on dashboard, if client has already BI and BO capability or BI alone.

Hi,

Actually client wants to go for option 3.So in that case I hope we can use the above speciifed tables and publish it as part of dashboard reporting.

Hi Dipak,

You have to configure SAP BW profile to map the data according to your requirement.  If you search in our forum there are lot of topics around, how to configure SAP BW profile, map the data and get into SAP BW.

You need SAP BW team where they can extract into SAP BW and publish it on Dashboard (there was discussion also on this standard SAP BI reports.

Please browse the forum, you can get all information for SAPEM SAP BW config + dashboard requirements.

SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) - SAP Library

BW content for the EM-TM scenarios is realized in TM BW content.

Don't use the way inside EM but go directly for TM.

For questions you should refer to the TM forum.
