Hello Subhash,

You could also refer to the following steps to get this document:

https://service.sap.com/swdc

-> Installation and Upgrade Guides
-> SAP NetWeaver
-> SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s)
-> Installation
-> 2 - Installation - SAP NetWeaver Systems
-> IBM Tivoli System Automation for MultiPlatforms-DB2 for LUW

You could refer to the info in this document to setup HADR in SAP environment.

get this document with following link:

Hello Subhash,

Will it not depend on the following ?

- Your DB size

- Your network speed.

Hi Subhash,

I am not sure what your query regarding the time for activity is, can you elaborate, what exact activity, the configuration or the failover?

The details of initializing the standby database have been documented

in the following IBM guide:

Data Recovery and High Availability Guide and Reference

Could you please refer to it for the detailed steps?
