SAP Notes section handling in CRM Upgrade project

Hi All,

I am new to CRM upgrade project, so have below issue, please suggest me.

in SPAU adjustment, under 'With Modification Assistant'->Function Groups->CRM_ERMS_REP->Includes->LCRM_ERMS_REPF00    have green icon (Auto adjust possible)

after click on auto adjust, I am getting below info

Function Group CRM_ERMS_REP Include LCRM_ERMS_REPF00

Modification Adjustment Not Possible

   The object is contained in 2 SAP Note corrrection(s) that have not been

   adjusted.

Cause

   If you use the Modification Assistant to adjust your modifications, you

   cannot then use the Note Assistant to implement the SAP Note.

Procedure

   The "Use in SAP Notes" function displays a list of these SAP Note

   corrections. To access this function, call transaction SE95 or SPAU and

   choose "Utilities" for the selected object.

what actions  I can take for above 2 notes?

If I click on reset button in notes then again getting below info

Changes to LCRM_ERMS_REPF00 are forbidden by SAP

Also let me know the what are all actions we need to take for with respect to SAP Notes section, some of them are in grey, yellow. And some have 'Implementation Status' as 'incompletly implemented', some have 'obsolete' and some have ' Cannot be implemented'?

Hi All,

In SPAU phase, always first process the notes section.

If any notes have status undetermined/unknown then click on it and then please reprocess them in background and wait for proper note status.

then again open the SPAU tcode. Then process notes, then with modification assistance and then without modification assistance sections.
