Hi Ana,

You will need an S-user ID to access (and appropriate authorizations).  If you don't have an S-user ID, or don't know who your company's super-administrator is, please contact our Customer Interaction Center at http://service.sap.com/call1sap.  They are available 24/7 and can assist you with locating your company's agreement and access details.
