Field LFM1-BLIND (Doc index active) in the vendor master record

Hello -

I am going through OSS note # 1819416 which describes about automatic price updates. I am not getting any field LFM1-BLIND for setting this check box in XK02 ( step # 3), even I checked for field status and relevant field is not there.

How to activate vendor for that check box? is there any dependent setting for this?

Let me know if anyone knows about it. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

   The field is available in ECC (even without Retail), in vendor master - purchasing view as shown below:

   You may check in OMSG transaction, whether the field is made optional for the account group as shown below:

Is this only active in IS-Retail or available in non IS ECC systems too?
