The batch key is activated once you do Batch Determination. If material is batch managed, it will show X
After Batch Determination line item of that component will change (Depends on No. Batch Split).
If 1 or 2 is shown, it means that a batch split was carried out for the material component.
1st line will be shown as 1 as Batch Key - This displays the total Required qty, or qty not assigned.
2nd line item will show as 2 as batch Key - It will show the proportion of the Batch Qty allocated to this order or batch.
In your example, 2nd line has batch and qty assigned and 1st line without qty assignment.
In case of more than 1 Batch Split for all other Line items you will find Batch Entry 2.

Hi Vivek,
If batch determination is activated and if single batch doesn't fulfill the requirement then system will create one more line item in component overview and assigns the batch automatically and this is standard.
Check while saving order, batch is appearing automatically.
