AMT=L 9/01 can not get previous RT data

Dear experts,

    why i used AMT=L 9/01 can not get previous RT data？ i want to get previous RT data,but it seems not work.

previous RT data as attached file.

The PCR should be called via PORT Funtion and it should be as below in the schema

IMPRT       L

PORT   XXXX 

For reference purpose corss check X006 PCR which is standard.

if it have 2 records ,it can not get the last record,it only get the first

Hi Merry

Are you using IMPRT with L or O before the PCR?  How are you invoking the PCR - with PORT or ACTIO?   ACTIO may not work for multiple occurrences.

Note however after IMPRT

(a)if invoking the PCR with PORT,

you do not need AMT=L  9/01;     This is required only if calling the PCR with PIT after IMPRT.

AMT=  9/01 is enough i.e., without O after AMT=

(b) if you use AMT=O 9/01, it will get the first occurrence only when multiple occurrences exist in VORT.  This will work only for w/t's with one occurrence or summarized occurrence when splits are removed before adding to RT.

Hi,

Check the AMT=L 9/01 ( give one space after L)

if last RT having the wage type of 9/01 then only it will come. And also use IMPRT L before this pcr in the  schema.

Check the IMPRT function details from PE04 tcode.
