Will SAP stop supporting it's Talent Management suite after 2020?

Hi,

I have been hearing on the grapevine that SAP will stop supporting it's Talent Management suite after 2020, which will be replaced by SuccessFactors.

I just needed an official confirmation if this is true, so that I can plan my career, since more or less, I have spent quite a time on E-Recruitment, Objective Settings & Appraisals and Training & Event Management till now.

Hi Veera,

The end of maintenance life for the SAP Business Suite is currently 2025. Until SAP announce further extension of this date (which is highly likely), all SAP ERP applications will no longer be under maintenance. As one can imagine, this scenario is quite unlikely occur and a further extension will be provided beyond 2025.

SuccessFactors is the go-forward solution for Talent Management as offered by SAP now and has been since early 2012.
