Forward Risk Proposal-Error activation

Hi gurus,

I am creating a risk proposal , the risk manager receives it and forward it to another organization. However, when the organization owner of the second organization receives the risk and tries to activate the it, the message obtained is:

"Text ID for text object GRC does not exist (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE".

Any idea of what can be happening?

Applied but it is now working. I suspect it is coming from SE75....but I dont know where!

Any other idea?
