LTR "Error occurred when openning db connection" Hana Live Conf.

Dear Gurus,

Hana on Linux,

ERP 6 EHP 7 on Windows Server 2012 ;

We are trying to conf. Hana Live. We are at Create Configuration Step of LTR Tcode as maintained screen shot below ;

When we are check DBCON it gives error, but Kernel and DMIS is the latest

Kernel Informations ;

In sm21 i can see error, by the way ODBC connection test is successfully ;

Database error -10709 at CON

ODBC connection test is successfully ;

Here is Env.Variables Settings ;

What could be the problem ?

Hi Kemal,

If I look at your screen shot you are trying to create a connection to a HDB.

You must fill in the connection details of your HANA system.

Unless saperpdev is the hostname you have given to your HANA system then I assume that this is your ERP system.

You need to provide:

Username: eg (SYSTEM)

Password: <password of user SYSTEM>

Hostname: Your HDB hostname.

Instance Number: Your HDB Instance Number.
