Hi ,
Is it possible to create a service user from GRC?
We have a requirement where access request for one user will be sumbitted with one business role (Eg: consisting of roles from System A and System B).
Now we want user to be provisioned in System A as Dialogue but need user to be provisioned in System B as Service type.
Please suggest some view on this if it can be accomplished or any work around.
Thanks,
Mamoon
Hi Mamoon,
yes it is possible to create service users. You can choose from User Details.
For your requirement it needs to be splitted in two requests, as this can only be defined once.

Dear Mamoon,
I don't think that it is possible splitting in the same request. User type (Dialog, Service, etc.) is header information.
What I've mentioned is that you have to create two independet requests whereas in request A you provision system A and in request B you provision system B. In the request you can define once for service and once for dialog.
As I have never set up such scenario I cannot give you more details.

Alessandro
