OSoftSchedulingDMLauncher crash on BPC 7.5 MS

Hi experts,

on our BPC 7.5 SP7 for the Microsoft platform sometimes we got an issue about

the scheduled packages.

When in the morning, we check on the application server we got many error popus for

the OSoftSchedulingDMLauncher.exe executables and all the nighttime scheduled packages

had not ran. In the following the popup contents (see also the attached jpeg):

To restart the "normal running" of the BPC instance we need to restart the BPC services.

Any idea about this issue?

Was there any error in tbllogs table? and also the event viewer?

In the tblLogs table there are many messages like the following one:
