Convert error in to warning

Hi,

I need to convert error message in to warning message. I have changed the tolerance profile from error to warning. After this I was able to create the PR without budget but when I tried to post the invoice it is still giving me the error message, where else  need to chagne ?

Hi,

Maybe, your PR are updated statistically? That's why you didn't have any message. Anyway, if you change status to warning, message should have been issued anyhow. Or did you have a warning during PR posting?

No, I did not have any warning when I saved the PR

Then, it's either:

a) you have PR defined as statistical in the update profile

b) PR was posted on non-budgetary items (statistical CI or not 30/3 CI)

c) AVC is not fully activated

But, I was getting error preivosly, when tolerance profile was on "Error" mode for creation of PR/PO

So, it fits option (c)

Check in derivation trace for AVC (FMAVCDERITPROFR) if tolerance profile with warning message is duly derived.
