Hello,
In CMC, I am unable to access the 'Failed' and/or 'Success' click-able links in the history tab in order to pull the log file. This happens for some instances in CMC, not all. And, this just started happening. It was always working before. Strangely, I am able to access the click-able links in InfoView.
I am running Business Objects 3.1 Edge SP6 via Internet Explorer 10.
Can someone please assist me with this?
Thanks,
Zack
Hi Zack,
Can you press F12 on your browser and through the developer tools console mode, change the Internet Explorer to either 7,8,9 and check if it helps !!!
If you have any other application server, verify if it works with that URL.
Try restarting tomcat if possible.

So the CMC URL was always in the Compatibiliy Settings View.
This is actually only happening in one folder and for my user account only.
I also logged in via Firefox and I am still seeing that the clickable links are missing for that one folder only.
I logged onto our test server and I am able to access the missing clickable links in that environment for said folder.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Zack
Hi Zack,
Use different application server to login to the erroneous system.
i.e use tomcat of test machine to login to this machine.
While entering login credentials ensure that you enter erroneous system name.
Do the same instances work as expected from InfoviewApp?
Can you browse same instances from Instance manager and check if you are able to click their status?
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Onkar
Hi Zack,
Open the CMC page for TEST env .
Now, in the system field Enter the system name for system where you get the issue., say PROD
USer name and password of PROD
Login
Assuming you have tomcat as web app server
Now, navigate to the folder where you see the issue and check if the issue still persist.
If you do not see the issue.
STOP Tomcat and clear the cache .
<tomcat >/work/catalina/locahost rename the localhost folder to loaclahost_old
Start the TOmcat
Check the issue
