SAP CRM – DISPLAY OF BLLING PLAN IN SERVICE CONTRACT

Dear Experts,

We have created the service contract in CRM, all the necessary configurations for billing plan and assignment to the item category level is being done.

As per our business requirement we have configured the billing plan type as mile stone billing. we are testing the scenario in both  GUI & WEB UI , and unable to get the assignment block of billing plan items.

We are currently on CRM 7.0 EHP3.

Can you please suggest us the necessary settings for bringing the billing plan items?

Hello Subbarao,

Have you tried to configurate the UI to display the assignment block you need?

On the other hand, the  "Billing Plan Item" assignment block is no more available in CRM by design until the note 1405086. After this only tab 'conditions' of "Billing Plan Item" assignment can only be displayed - not edited.

Thanks for your quick response.We have checked the SAP Note in our system which is already Implemented.

Can you please suggest further to let us know the root-cause,as we are not getting the Billing Plan Tab both in GUI & WEBUI.
