Check that the user running the mailer has authorisation to the folder where the attachments are stored

Hi Julie,

Thanks for your support.

I have checked all the users (Including me) have the full authorization for that folder.

Please refer my PC authorization screen shot.

Note:   All the users can't send the attachment files from SAP, including me.

Regards,

Siva

On the machine running the SBO mailer, check the event viewer log, that will give you a more detailed error message.

Check the SAP notes, there are several that cover this issue.

Find the SAP Messaging service on the server, and check which user it is running as (a specified user or Local system) that user MUST have access to the folder in which the attachments are stored, otherwise it can't retrieve them to attach...

Julie mentioned checking the user account that the service is running under so make sure you do so. Unless it was configured after the initial setup it's probably running under a 'local account', which may not have the proper permissions.

Please share the config you have for your attachments path?

If this is a file on a users local machine, where is the mail service running?
