Is it possible to trigger user exit COPA0002 at the time of reversal of PS settlement CJ88?

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to trigger user exit COPA0002 at the time of reversal of PS settlement CJ88?

We are able to trigger COPA0002 at the time of CJ88, by doing configuration in KE4U. But this exit not getting triggered at the time of reversal.

Is there any other exit we have to look for? OR Is there any config for the same?

Hello Venkata,

To keep the data consistency, COPA0002 will not be called at the time of settlement  reverse or billing cancellation.

Hi Venkata,

Settlement reversal will reverse exactly what had been settled.

No changes should be applied to the reversal program, or there will be inconsistencies.
