Recipient is not receiving the policy SAP GRC 10 PC

Hello,

We have created policy and assigned recipient for policy,when we sent

for aproval,approver is sending back the policy to rework with additional

comments,but the policy is not coming back to recipients inbox.

we have maintained recipient user id and mail id correctly.

Any input to resolve this issue

Hello Admin,

Check the table GRFNPERSRESP if policy is maintained or not and also check

policy owner role is assigned to the policy under roles tab in Policy if not assign and try the same

it should resolve your issue.

Its a standard error. Please validate your re-work agent in workflow and set it up as work item or workflow initiator. 

Error will be resolved
