Dear All,
We had used KP97 and copied data from plan version 1 to plan version 2 as backup.
No we want to delete the entire plan data in version 2.
we have used KP90 and KP91 to delete version 2.
However we find that data is still existing in version 2 in period 16. When i checked profit center report for version 2 in 2KEE, i can see values in period 16.
we have also tried to run KP97 be copying a blank version to version 2 but still values remian.
It seems some cost centers/elements were closed in between which may be causing the issue.
Is there any way to clean up version 2.

hi All,
Thanks for your inputs. Because of some cost center close etc some plan data was not deleted by KP91. We deleted profit center specific data by 1ke0 and now we dont have any plan balances.

Hi,
You can try uploading plan value "ZERO" in the same version, period and CE and see if this works. If your. If you have configured to overwrite the new plan values it should work. If you have opted to save line items in planning, then try a negative value to the extend you see the value there.
