Does it reside under SAP Business Objects?

are you licensed to use the software already or are you asking for a trial license of Predictive Analytics 2.1?

According to our SAP Sales person and our SAP Client Manager the product is already licensed, but we can't find it under My Company’s License Key Requests?

Hi,

In the below screenshot, I circled in green the various places that you can get insights or interesting info from.

1. the system seems to be under maintenance just today but you have temporary keys to help

2. you have a how-to document documenting the procedure to request your permanent key

3. there is a incident component if the rest fails & would you like to raise an incident to ask for your permanent license

It's Registered under BUSINESS OBJECTS as INFINITEINSIGHT.
