Customer account statement is not available

Hi Experts,

It seems bydesign have gap in delivery of functionality for very common business requirement of account statement  for customer.

Customer account statement form will have following details like

1. Opening balances

2. All customer invoice issue

3. All incoming payments received

4. Closing balances

This form is used to confirm confirm all transaction took place with customer and help to clarify status of customer invoices (agreed to pay) and status of payment (realised or not).

ByDesign have smiliar feature called as balance confirmation which only bring pending customer invoice on key value date.

This not fulfill required purpose of business and not be considered for detailed confirmation of balances.

I hope ByDesign will have some way to deliver the same or acheive the business requirement.

Note: We have tried to use 2 reports account receivable trail balance and account receivable line item report.

Its not working as expected and not able to get those data in required format.
