Install ESS/MSS, ECC 600, EP 703

Hi, everyone, i want to know if

can i install ess/mss with technology Web Dynpro ABAP with ECC 600 and EP 703?

In my ERP dont appears the business function that i have to activate for ESS/MSS. 

if this not possible? Web dynpro JAVA will be an alternative?
