Availability Calender in Project

Hello ByD Community

Is it possible to show the availability of a project member in the Availability Calender on project task level and not only on project level?

Let me give an example: David Beckmann is assigned to project task MCP1-1 Test. Now it would be nice that you also can see that in the availability calender and not only the project

Can you help?

Is that possible?

Hi Lisa,

no this is currently no supported functionality. The Availability Calender is based on the "Committed Work" and you can only set this on project header level.

If you assign a employee to task than you do that by setting up a "work package" with "Planned Work". Commited Work and Planned Work are two completly different values.

SAP knows this requirement and I already talked with some people from product management about that...it is a feature which has SAP on the roadmap but in my oppion not with such a high priority.

What you could do is creating a own report based on the "Planned Work" to create your own Availability Calender for that.
