Hi,

I am facing error -

ORDERS/911-Edifact-Document at character 801 to XML: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: No ruleset for ORDERS/911 available.

My scenario is EDI to Idoc.I have followed blog

In B2B integration cockpit, control key association was corrected and it worked.

Is message type ORDERS 911 an EDI message type? I guess not.

Please have a look at that first.

I guess this message type is not delivered within the B2B add-on.

You can ask SAP for a statement on that.

Perhaps it is an option for you to ask the sending party to send a different message type?

In B2BIC i have done following for it -

I copied the ORDERS D93A with version no as 911 and enhanced an UNS segment on the header level which is missing in D93A.

I created it using copy control key functionality.

Can we use this message like this,will it work ? Can you please help and be more specific on how can i handle this same message using b2b toolkit.

Hi,

In that case, I guess you need to define a custom/plain message type. Have a look at for more information.

Please make sure SP4 is installed.

In troubleshoot page of link you shared,its mentioned ruleset error can be fixed by -

"EDIFACT: The combination of message type and version specified in the UNH segment is not maintained in the tables."

There are 4 tables mentioned here -

B2B_PLA_CTRL_IF

B2B_PLA_CTRL_SETID

B2B_PLA_CTRL_MSG

B2B_PLA_CTRL_FIELD

But in my B2BIC , only 2 tables i see present out of these 4 -

B2B_PLA_CTRL_SETID and B2B_PLA_CTRL_FIELD are not present in my B2BIC.

My PO system is on B2B Tool kit SP3 Patch 19. Its PO 7.40

The link advised is of PI 7.31 and its troubleshoot page directs me to B2Badd on 1.0

You need to have SP4 of the B2B add-on 1.0 installed for custom messages. Have a look at .You're B2B add-on is on SP3 patch 19.

I checked the SP04 link -

It says new user interface. But for my PO B2B SP03, these features do exist. I am able to get XSD for my custom message and use it. I am able to do EDIFACT -XML converter and it works fine.

The earlier blog shared has given ruleset error fix to check table config. I think the table config we need to catch.any suggestions on it
