Hi there Experts,
We receive from BCM system CAD with Call recording file name. Unfortunately, this link is not visible anymore after contact end (in interaction record, contact history etc.)
The only possible place is transaction history of created interaction record, but I am not quite sure if this link correspond to the actual call record.
The question is – where we can see exact file name (as it is in CAD), but after contact end?

Hello Mateusz,
I'm afraid you cannot see the file name after the contact has ended. Furthermore, there is no standard
way to listen the recorded file from CRM side.

We have the same problem, we want to see at least voice record's name but we can't find anything with the callid as you showed in the second screenshot. Can you explain how did you overcome this situation, what route we should follow.
