sales order error during upating obref table in apo

HI Gurus,

i am getting the below error while cifing sales orders from ECC to APO:

ERROR DURING UPDATING THE OBREF TABLE

so please can any one assist on this

Implement OSS note   1741053 - Queue SYSFAIL: "Error during update in table /SAPAPO/OBREF"

and 1522880 - Error during Update in table /SAPAPO/OBREF
