Hi All,
I am facing some issue with the CRM service documents (Complaints,Replacement , In house repairs).
The document are showing error that the Original document was created in OLTP(ERP) therefore cant be changed in CRM.
In fact these documents were created in CRM
Any way to fix this behavior ?? Thanks in advance .

Hello Naval,
in a serviceorder you could have salesitem as well. In these case the serviceorder is like a salesorder.
The relevant sales adapter is called just as your are maintaining salesorders.
Your relevant document are replicated from the ECC and the documents are only displayed on CRM side. You don't have the permission for changing the document in the ECC system, cause the ECC system is the owner of the document. Please consider the possible sales dataexchange scenario in note 541113, particular the explanation to the standardszenario.
